Service Description

This programme is targeted at those who have completed our Flippa Ball & Learn to Swim (LTS) programmes, comfortable treading water, able to complete a swim workout, and plan to participate in Tournaments. At this level we will be focusing on continuing to learn the fundamentals of water polo while incorporating team drills that will help us be successful in a game. Practices will also have a dryland component added during the week in addition to pool time.
