    Our water polo program is open to children aged 7 and above. We have different levels tailored to suit various age groups and skill levels.

    Yes, a basic level of swimming proficiency is required. Participants should be able to swim at least 25 meters comfortably.
  • 3. What equipment is needed for water polo training?
    Participants should bring a swimsuit, goggles, a swim cap, and a water bottle. We provide water polo balls and caps during training sessions.
  • 4. How often are the training sessions?
    Training sessions are typically held up to minimum 4 times per week. Exact schedules depend on the specific program level.
  • 5. Where are the training sessions held?
    Training sessions are held at Geylang East ActiveSG Swimming Complex. Timings will be provided upon registration.

    Each training session lasts about 2 to 3 hours, including warm-up, drills, and game practice.

    Parents are welcome to watch, but we encourage giving the children space to focus during their training. Viewing areas are available.

    We provide regular updates and feedback through progress reports and parent-coach meetings.

    Yes, children who complete our learn-to-swim program can seamlessly transition into our water polo introductory level.

  • 20. Is there any additional support available for participants?
    Yes, we offer extra conditioning sessions, nutrition advice, and mental skills training to support our athletes' overall development.
  • What is this new Water Polo Class Pass?
    Water Polo Class Pass is an ad hoc membership that provides you with access to recreational water polo with 28 Degrees Aquatic on weekends only. Upon signing up for Water Polo Class Pass, you receive S$400 worth of credits to attend training. Each ad hoc training session is priced at S$40.
  • What is the minimum purchase?
    You need to purchase at least S$400 worth of credits for each transaction.
  • When do my credits expire?
    It expires four months after the due date of your invoice.
  • What is the difference between recreational water polo and competitive water polo?
    Training is relaxing and comforting, and an attendee will get to maximize enjoyment from the training. The recreational coach will not be incorporating any tactical, technical and/or competitive elements into training. We want recreational players to just have fun!
  • Can I represent 28 Degrees Aquatic in competitions if I am a recreational member?
    Priority will be given to competitive athletes. If you are interested, you may request for a test by our team of professional coaches to determine your suitability for competitions.
